How do I create custom decks?

Tap the + button at the bottom of the home screen to create a new deck. You can then add cards with your own mental models, insights, and actions. Each card can be categorized as Model (how things work), Insight (what to remember), or Action (what to do).

What content is available in the app?

Aha! includes 10+ expert-curated decks covering Mental Models, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Communication, Leadership, Marketing, Pricing Strategies, Learning, Growth Mindset, Brainstorming, and YC Startup Lessons. Each deck contains carefully selected cards with real-world examples and practical applications.

What's included in the premium subscription?

Premium subscribers ($5.99/month or $39.99/year) get unlimited AI chat conversations, access to all 10+ expert decks, unlimited custom deck creation, advanced semantic and vector search, conversation history, and multi-language support.

How does the advanced search work?

Aha! features intelligent search with semantic understanding, vector search, and fuzzy matching. It finds connections between concepts, understands context, and can locate relevant cards even with typos or partial matches. Premium users get access to the full advanced search capabilities.

How does the AI chat work?

The AI chat uses OpenAI with real-time streaming conversations. It understands your learning context, can access your decks and cards, provides personalized explanations, explores connections between concepts, and offers recommendations. Conversations include tool integration for deck and card management.

What languages are supported?

Aha! currently supports English and Traditional Chinese (繁體中文). Both the app interface and curated deck content are available in both languages.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings. Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Aha! and select Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Is my data synced across devices?

Currently, your custom decks are stored locally on your device using secure JSON persistence. We're working on cloud sync for a future update. Your conversation history with AI is also stored locally.

Can I share cards or decks with others?

Yes! You can share individual cards as images with friends and colleagues. Deck sharing features are coming in a future update.

What are the free tier limitations?

Free users can create 1 custom deck with up to 20 cards, access sample cards from all expert decks, send 10 AI chat messages per day, and use basic search functionality. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited access.
